RETURNS POLICY
Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied or the product is damaged or faulty.
If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange on condition that the customer informs us of the problem within seven days of receipt of the product. We will then make arrangement to return the product for a replacement item, if replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned products. For all returns please contact our customer services before returning any items.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if the stock is insufficient and will only occur after we have contacted the Customer to discuss the issues. You will receive a full refund with no deductions for orders cancelled by us.
